Shipping & Returns

Creation

Our products are built on request; we do not maintain substantial inventory.  Most pieces take between six and ten weeks to create.  Delivery time from ordering a custom creation is usually eight to twelve weeks.

Customization

We built our company on our ability to produce results that no other company could.  Designers often came to us with their most complicated pieces, or when they wanted the best possible veneer work and finish.  We can create almost anything you can imagine, so contact us with your idea and we will see how far we can go.

Shipping 

Free — All products include free worldwide Door to Door shipping.  Large items will arrive in a crate and may require setup.

White Glove —  Item delivered and setup in your desired location.  All crating and packaging debris will be removed.  Pricing available upon request.
Platinum Delivery – Kevin Wiggers will personally oversee the delivery and setup of your piece.  Pricing available upon request.
