There are countless pour over options available. This is an Osaka, my wife gave to me two years ago, but I could not find a place to purchase it currently. The kettle shown in the photo is vital to the pour over process. It allow you to gently pour the water over the coffee. This is very important when you first add water to the coffee; it is important to pour a small amount of coffee over the beans and give them a few seconds to swell before adding more water.
